Schneider Electric agreed to acquire PTC for $205 per share in cash, about $22.6B and a 42.3% premium to the prior close. It is Schneider's largest deal ever, adding CAD/PLM software (Creo, ThingWorx, Onshape) to its automation stack. $PTC
