Skydance Corp (SKYD): Closes $110B Warner Bros. Discovery merger

Paramount Skydance closed its roughly $110B takeover of Warner Bros. Discovery on Oct 6, paying WBD holders about $31 in cash per share. The combined group is now Skydance Corp, trading on the NYSE as $SKYD. The prize is scale in studios and streaming; the test is carrying the added debt.
