Liquidia (LQDA): Settles all six lawsuits with United Therapeutics for a net $380.7M

Liquidia has settled all six lawsuits with rival United Therapeutics, so its lung drug Yutrepia can stay on sale for a disease called PAH. The price is a net $380.7M, paid in 2026 and 2027, and Liquidia must stop promoting the drug for a second lung condition, PH-ILD. Early sales for Q3 were $222.7M and cash was $396.1M.
