HDFC Bank (HDB): RBI clears Anup Bagchi as next CEO from Oct 27

RBI has approved Anup Bagchi, now CEO of ICICI Prudential Life, as HDFC Bank's next MD & CEO for three years from Oct 27, replacing Sashidhar Jagdishan. The board's pick still needs a shareholder vote, open until Nov 6. Proposed pay is about ₹35.9 crore.
