Haemonetics (HAE): Jumps as CSL plans NexSys devices in all US plasma centers
Image: AI-generated image (ElevenLabs)
Haemonetics rose roughly 14-16% on Oct 8 after CSL said it plans to move all its US plasma centers to Haemonetics' NexSys devices by end-2027, up from 'some' in August. The deal is non-exclusive with no minimum orders, so timing and volume remain open.
Why it matters Growth stalled after CSL's earlier exit: fiscal 2026 organic growth was 1.1%, versus 9.5% excluding CSL disposables sales a year earlier. A full US rollout could rebuild that base, but CSL can still change scope and timing.
What we verified TIKR and MoneyCheck both report the Oct 8, 2026 CSL update, a December 2027 completion target and a share gain of about 14-16%. MoneyCheck adds that the supply agreement has no binding minimums. Management plans to update investors in November.
