Skyworks (SWKS): Closes Qorvo merger, Qorvo delisted
Skyworks closed its merger with Qorvo on Oct 5. Each Qorvo share converted into $32.50 in cash plus 0.960 Skyworks shares, leaving Skyworks holders with about 63% of the combined company and Qorvo holders 37%. Qorvo is now delisted. The test is integrating two RF chip rivals.
