Domino's Pizza (DPZ): Q3 profit up 12.7% as US same-store sales stall at 0.3%
Image: AI-generated image (ElevenLabs)
Domino's Q3 EPS rose 12.7% to $4.60 on revenue of $1.19B, but US same-store sales grew just 0.3% vs 5.2% a year ago. Profit is leaning on supply chain and buybacks while the pizza counter slows.
Why it matters Earnings grew far faster than sales at the stores. With US comps near flat and global retail sales growth slowing to 3.2%, investors will watch whether order growth recovers or margin gains from supply chain and buybacks have to carry the story.
What we verified Domino's Q3 release (SEC Exhibit 99.1, Oct 13) shows revenue of $1,185.6M (+3.4%), diluted EPS of $4.60 (+12.7%), US same-store sales +0.3% vs +5.2%, international +0.2% ex-FX, and 175 net new stores. AP and Stock Titan report the same EPS and revenue.
