BT Group (BT.A): Buys TalkTalk out of administration with a c.£400m FY27 cash hit

BT bought TalkTalk's consumer broadband and wholesale (PXC) businesses out of administration, covering about 2.5M customers. It put the FY27 cash impact at around £400m, including roughly £60m of trading losses. A UK competition review is pending. Shares rose about 1.6% on the day. $BT.A
