ASML's Q3 net sales were €11.7bn, with net income of about €5.0bn (€4.96bn) vs €2.9bn in Q2. Gross margin hit 57.5%, above its 55-57% guide. Chip-tool demand tied to AI capex is still feeding the numbers.
Why it matters ASML is the sole supplier of EUV lithography machines, so its margins and sales are a read-through on how much leading-edge chip capacity customers are building. Net income rose roughly 70% in one quarter, and a margin above the guided range shows pricing and mix are helping, not just volume.
What we verified ASML's Oct 14, 2026 results release (via GlobeNewswire) reports Q3 net sales of €11.7bn, net income of €4,960m and a 57.5% gross margin. The Q2 comparison (net income €2,918m, 54.0% margin, Q3 guide of 55-57%) comes from ASML's July 15 filing with the SEC. We left out outlook figures and share moves that we could not confirm twice.
