Couche-Tard agreed to buy 52 Irving Oil retail sites (50 in Quebec, 2 in eastern Ontario) plus 18 commercial cardlock sites. It already runs the retail sites under an alliance. Price undisclosed; Competition Act review applies. $ATD.TO
